3. AI and Your Prompts

Your prompts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate compositions. We store your prompts and generated compositions to:

• Enable playback and sharing features
• Allow you to iterate on compositions
• Maintain your composition history

We do not use your prompts or compositions to train AI models. However, prompts are processed by Anthropic according to their API terms of service.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe may collect additional information according to their privacy policy. We receive confirmation of successful payments and the purchased credit amount.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Anthropic - To process composition requests via Claude API
• Stripe - To process payments
• Neon - Database hosting (data storage)
• Vercel - Application hosting

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and compositions as long as your account is active. You can delete individual compositions at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We may use analytics to understand usage patterns. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.
