2. Description of Service

Debussy is an AI-powered music composition platform. You provide text prompts, and our AI generates original music compositions based on your input. The Service uses generative AI technology to create audio content.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in using Google or GitHub authentication to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.

4. Credits and Payments

• New users receive 5 free credits upon signup
• Each composition uses 1 credit
• Additional credits may be purchased in packs
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Purchased credits do not expire

5. Content Ownership

Compositions you create using Debussy belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store and serve your compositions for the purpose of providing the Service. You may share, modify, or use your compositions for any purpose, including commercial use.

We do not claim ownership of your prompts or generated compositions. However, similar prompts may result in similar outputs for different users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the AI system
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to excessively consume resources
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is created by artificial intelligence. While we strive for originality, we cannot guarantee that generated compositions will not resemble existing works. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we discontinue the paid credit system, we will provide reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
